Chrysler 200C Concept & One Killer Logo

Chrysler really knows how to grab attention, in fact they’ll practically clobber you over the head to get someone to notice them. As the 2009 North American International Auto Show was kicking off in Detroit Rock City, Chrysler’s Pentagon Logo took a header off their sign, almost decapitating a passerby. Rumors that is was GM Chief Bob Lutz have yet to be confirmed. Also awaiting confirmation is a report that Ford’s Blue Oval tried to eat the president of Toyota North America.

Nothing to see here folks, move along now!

Aside from an attempted murder/suicide, Chrysler is grabbing attention at this year’s downgraded version of an Auto Show with their 200C EV Concept. This Midsize Chrysler can use either their ENVI EV extended range power train or the new Phoenix V6 engine. 200C also features UConnect, an in-car computer and communication system. It connects a driver directly to a vehicle’s onboard computer, allowing you to lock/unlock doors, program temperature, view an in-car camera and track location with GPS all from an iPhone. Now all you have to do is get your iPhone to work and stop erasing all your settings each time you sync it with iTunes. We’ll be keeping an eye on this new EV sedan from Chrysler.

  1. I am thrilled by this concept handsome, bold and strong looks. Been waiting for a car like this for a long, long time and hope I don’t have to wait much longer. I held on to my 99 silver Stratus because I was never excited about any other car till now. The 200C has changed all that and my andrenaline is pumping.

Chrysler, please do not mess up the design, it looks so rich and hot, in the production version. Do whatever it takes to make this work as is. You have hit the nail on its head with this one and it will sell like hot bread. Bring this to the showrooms now and sales will skyrocket. There is no other car like it. But make sure it’s affordable with all the popular features standard.

I will go crazy in the meantime. So pretty soon there will be a mad driver behind the super sleek 200C. Even the concept platinum/graphite silver metallic color is my favorite.
